retired from the Department on March 3, 2017 after 31 years of service.
Chief Mullikin is a 4th generation DC Fireman and retired as a Battalion Chief of Special Operations. His Father retired a Deputy Chief in 1989, Grandfather retired a Deputy's Aide in 1962, and his Great Grandfather retired in 1941. His Great Grandfather was a technican and drove the horses before going to fire inspection!
Chief Mullikin was named the Chief Officer of the Year

He will be greatly missed in the Department as he is leaving as one of the
most respected Chiefs on the job.
Congratulations Bobby and see you at practice!
